Dear Thầy Cô,

It has been more than two weeks but my heart and my mind still keeps thinking about the good memories from the three days that I was at the Seattle Meditation Center. During these three precious days, I had a chance to listen to the Dharma of the UHBE from Thầy and Cô; I had an opportunity to live in harmony with all the disciples who came from different places around the world. I had been in an excellent care of the brothers and sisters from the Head Quarter of the UHBE. I experienced a short period of time in abundance of joy and happiness.

During the lectures, I learned that when listening to the Dharma, I could not just listen briefly with my ears since information coming from one ear will go out in the other ear as well. I have to listen carefully so I could be awakened by the Dharma, then keep it in my heart to later on, apply the Dharma to my daily life. Through mediation, I can recite the Dharma to help me to receive the good energy from the universe. With the salvation of the Dharma of the Grand Master Dasira Narada, I have been one of the exceptionally lucky disciples able to learn the Dharma of the Grand Master through the teaching of Thầy and Cô. I have learned that I must deeply contemplate in his teaching, and train myself to be patient. From the minute souls, the humankind will develop the three main attributes which are Conscience, Knowledge, and Ability. Through the life lessons about Fame, Wealth, and Love, the minute souls will become more mature and will transform to the three attributes of the Supreme Soul which are Benevolence, Wisdom, and Fortitude. At that time, the minute souls will complete the evolution process and be ready to return back home.

During meditation sessions, I always recite the Dharma of the Grand Master from my memory. I have recalled each lesson from the Dharma of Thầy and Cô. I learned that during meditation, I shall have a noble mind. I learned that if I want to have a peaceful mind, I shall not create chaos to others. I have gradually eliminated my ego and am ready to accept challenges and hardships in my life. I have applied the Dharma in my daily life. Going to the meditation center every evening has become my responsibility; I have tried to cultivate myself and create good karma so I can pay back the bad karma from my past life.

Today, as one of the disciples of the Grand Master, I pledge to practice his teachings, I pledge to follow his path for the rest of my life. I must be one of the people who will be on the ship “Universal Human Body Energy” in this life and many lives after.

Lastly, I wish that Thầy and Cô will stay healthy, and will be forever in the mind of all disciples. I would like to sincerely thank you for your unlimited teachings and your guidance through our journey in cultivating ourselves.
